I recently visited Stanton Optical and had an unsatisfactory experience. The prices were unexpectedly high, and the waiting time after my appointment was excessively long, resulting in a significant waste of time. This, coupled with what seemed like insufficient staffing, left me dissatisfied with the overall service.

Horrible quality, I understand You get what you pay for but I have gotten way cheaper glasses at Walmart that are double the quality. It’s sad how often I have to re-screw the screws or bend glasses.

I walked in and was helped within less than 5 minutes. Ariel was able to switch my frames for the same ones. Mine were falling off my face she saved the day!! I will definitely return again the customer service has been amazing and helpful.

This was like the best experience ever. I really had a bad blaster. Everything's like new age stuff. None of this old stuff where they're poking your eyes and stuff. It's amazing, they're all great, great technology aerial. And Abby and Maria are amazing, babe. It was a really fun actual experience. Not dreading going to the Eye doctor is great, check it out.

Abby is a miracle worker! I came in with a broken frame that was not fixable, 3 days before Christmas. Abby quickly matched my lenses to a new frame. Abby checked with me on prices and made sure the new frame fit my face. Abby is sweet, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable!!!
